It's that time of year again! The holidays are approaching and New Year's Eve is right around the corner. Every year since I was a teenager, I would meet up with some close friends for New Year's Eve. We would usually celebrate by hanging out at someone's house, or going to a local bar; just waiting for the moment when that ball drops at midnight, and signifies the beginning of a new year. This year I might break that tradition.
Recently, I have had the pleasure of meeting a very talented Dallas entrepreneur, Danny Kelman. Danny contacted me a few weeks ago with the opportunity to take photographs of the venue where he is planning quite the grand event. I drove over to Dallas to meet Danny at the Renaissance Hotel. As I drove up, I could already tell this was an extremely classy establishment. Just from the outside of the Sky view area, you could already see a beautiful ballroom through the windows, and a huge outdoor balcony being lit by Christmas lights. When Danny and I walked in, I was awestruck by how large and beautiful the area was. After we talked and got to know each other a little bit, I became even more excited to start shooting. The plans he has set for NYE are extremely impressive, and all around Danny was a great guy to work with. So, if you don't have any New Year's Eve plans set yet, or just want too see some of the pictures I've taken, I sincerely urge you to check out SkyViewnye.com.
